High-res images: JPG, PNG (300dpi or higher)
If your file needs adjustment, we’ll fix it for free.

Could you help me with the design?

Yes. If you have a sketch or idea, we can turn it into a print-ready file. Simple design is free, complex design quoted by time.

What should I do if the product I received is defective?

If the product does not match the approved file or has quality issues, please contact us within 7 days with photos. We will remake or refund.
